Refund Policy

Last updated: 6/9/2026

News Analysis is a digital service. Your rights regarding payments are summarised below. This policy is consistent with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Türkiye Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation), and equivalent consumer protections in other jurisdictions where they apply.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Unconditional Refund)

You may request a refund within 14 days of payment without providing a reason. Your right of withdrawal is valid even if you have actively used the service during this period. The full amount is returned to the payment method you used (a 5–10 business-day delay caused by your bank is normal for credit-card refunds).

Cancellation After 14 Days

After 14 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time; you will continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period and no further charges will be made. No refund is issued for past periods. You can cancel from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].

If the Service Is Discontinued (Pro-rata Refund)

If News Analysis decides to discontinue the service, all registered active users will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. A pro-rata (per-day) refund will be issued for paid but unused days. Refunds are returned automatically to the payment channel you used.

Extended Service Outage

If a service outage caused by us exceeds 72 hours within a calendar month, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the affected days.

How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request by email to [email protected] including:

  • The email address on your account
  • Date of payment and any order ID shown on your receipt
  • Reason for the refund (optional — useful feedback for us)

Refund requests are processed within 14 days at the latest.

Exceptions

  • No refund is issued for accounts suspended due to violations of the Terms of Service.
  • For active subscriptions whose 14-day withdrawal period has passed, fees for past periods are not refunded; the subscription is cancelled and no further charges are made.

Payment Provider

Payments and invoices are handled through our payment provider. Refunds are returned through the same channel used for the original payment.
