These Terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the News Analysis ("Service") platform. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description
News Analysis provides AI-powered news analysis built on the open-source GDELT data set and third-party news sources. The content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or medical advice.
Account & Security
- Your account is personal to you and may not be shared.
- Users under 18 may not create an account without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Malicious use is grounds for account suspension or termination.
Subscription & Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars. Payment is processed through our payment provider; invoicing, VAT/sales tax, and other tax obligations are managed through the same payment flow. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the "Manage subscription" link in your account or by emailing [email protected]. After cancellation, you continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.

Service Discontinuation & Changes
News Analysis reserves the right to discontinue the service in whole or in part, change plan contents, or stop accepting new registrations. If the service is fully discontinued, all registered active users will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance; pro-rata refunds will be issued for paid but unused periods, and users will be given a reasonable window to export their personal data.
For material feature or pricing changes, existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel your subscription and continue to use the service under existing terms until the end of the current billing period.
Content & Intellectual Property
- News content belongs to the respective publishers. The platform only displays the headline, a short excerpt, and metadata.
- AI-generated summaries and analyses are for informational purposes only; their accuracy is not guaranteed.
- Topic names, keywords, and preferences created by the user belong to the user.
Prohibited Uses
- Scraping the service, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass rate limits.
- Reselling AI summaries or converting them into a commercial data set.
- Generating illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of news content. News Analysis recommends that AI-generated summaries and commentary not be used as the sole basis for any decision.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. For material changes, users will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
